Fees

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Connie Yip, offers sliding scale fees based on financial need beginning at $100. Please contact the office to determine whether you are eligible for a reduced fee.

Insurance

The clinicians at Union Square Psychiatric are non-participating healthcare providers; we work out-of-network with insurance companies. This means after each visit you will be charged a fee, and provided with a receipt, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please don't hesitate to contact the office if you are unfamiliar with this process. Coverage determinations and payments of claims are subject to the eligibility, coverage, exclusions, deductibles, and limitations listed in your contract.
